Trip Overview
Trade the conference room for towering sandstone cliffs, winding canyon trails, the Virgin River and evenings together beneath the southern Utah sky.
At Via Jolley, we design and operate custom Zion National Park adventures for corporate teams, charity organizations, schools and private groups. From airport pickup to the final farewell, we can handle the transportation, lodging, professional guides, hiking, meals and behind-the-scenes logistics that make a great group adventure possible.
Whether you're bringing 20 colleagues together for a corporate retreat or organizing a larger adventure for 50 participants, we build the experience around your group, not the other way around.
And while the hiking is certainly a highlight, some of the best moments happen around the dinner table, sharing stories from the day and getting to know the people you came with.

DAY 1
Las Vegas → Zion + Watchman Trail
Arrive at LAS, meet Via Jolley guides, transfer to Zion (~2.5–3 hrs) · Check in at Zion Wildflower Resort · Watchman Trail: ~3.3 miles RT | ~370 ft. elevation gain · Kosher welcome dinner & trip briefing
Your adventure begins in Las Vegas, where your group meets the Via Jolley team for the scenic transfer into southwestern Utah.
After arriving in the Zion area, we'll head into Zion National Park for an afternoon hike on the **Watchman Trail**.
This approximately 3.3-mile round-trip hike is a great introduction to Zion, offering views of the surrounding sandstone formations, the Virgin River valley and the town of Springdale.
It's a chance to stretch your legs after traveling, meet your guides and get your first taste of what makes Zion such a remarkable destination.
Following the hike, we'll head to our accommodations.
**Sample lodging: Zion Wildflower Resort**, located in Virgin, Utah, just outside Zion National Park.
Wildflower offers a fun alternative to traditional hotel lodging, with bungalow accommodations, covered wagons and glamping tents set against the southern Utah landscape.
For our custom programs, Via Jolley can coordinate group lodging and provide scheduled group meals and dining experiences at the resort.
That evening, gather for a guide-prepared welcome dinner, get to know your fellow adventurers and review the plans for the days ahead.

DAY 2
Scout Lookout + Angels Landing
Today's primary adventure takes us up the West Rim Trail toward Scout Lookout, one of the park's most rewarding viewpoints. The route climbs through a series of switchbacks, including the famous Walter's Wiggles(above), before reaching Scout Lookout and its impressive views of Zion Canyon.
The hike to Scout Lookout is approximately 4 miles round trip, with roughly 1,000 feet of elevation gain. It's a challenging but rewarding adventure.
For participants seeking an additional challenge, Angels Landing may be an option, provided the required National Park Service permits are secured, the activity is authorized under applicable commercial guiding rules, and conditions are appropriate.
Angels Landing is not guaranteed and should never be treated as a requirement for a successful Zion experience.
Other participants may enjoy Scout Lookout, continue along an appropriate section of the West Rim Trail or take part in a separate authorized hiking option, depending on the group's itinerary and guide arrangements.
Back at the resort, there's time to relax before our final group dinner.
For corporate groups, this is often one of the most meaningful evenings of the trip. After three days of shared adventure, conversations come more naturally, relationships are stronger and people have plenty to talk about.
Whether your organization wants a casual dinner, a leadership conversation, a celebration or simply an evening together, we can help create the right setting.

DAY 3
The Narrows
Unlike a traditional hiking trail, this experience takes you directly into the Virgin River, where towering canyon walls rise hundreds of feet above the water.
Depending on conditions and the group's abilities, participants can explore different distances into the canyon before turning around and returning along the same route.
It's an adventure that brings everyone together, whether you're navigating the river, admiring the scenery or simply enjoying the experience of walking through one of America's most remarkable slot canyons.
Via Jolley coordinates the day's guiding, transportation and appropriate river hiking equipment as needed.
Safety always comes first. Water levels, flash flood potential, weather and National Park Service restrictions determine whether The Narrows is accessible. When conditions aren't suitable, we'll have an alternate hiking experience ready.
After the hike, return to Zion Wildflower Resort for some well-earned downtime.
Enjoy a shower, relax by the pool, catch up with colleagues or simply take in the desert surroundings.
That evening, the group comes together again for a guide-prepared dinner and plenty of stories from the river.

DAY 4
Zion → Las Vegas
Enjoy one final breakfast together before packing up and saying goodbye to Zion.
Via Jolley coordinates the group's private transportation back to Las Vegas, with airport drop-offs planned around the group's departure schedule.
Four days, three nights and three very different hiking experiences.
Everyone heads home with great memories, a few sore muscles and stories that will last considerably longer than the trip.
